Does this database contain all arbitration awards?

This database includes only those awards filed with the department by arbitrators.

How quickly are awards published?

Upon receipt, an award is added to the database, usually within one business day.

How can I search the award database?

The award database includes the following search options:

• Search by Employer
• Search by Arbitrator
• Search by Issue
• Search By Date

What should I do if I cannot find or access an award?
