Does this database contain all collective agreements?

This database includes only those active collective agreements filed with the Minister by parties to the collective agreements. It contains agreements from the private and public sector.

How quickly are collective agreements published?

Upon receipt, a collective agreement is added to the database, usually within one business day.

How can I search the collective agreement database?

The collective agreement database includes the following search options:

• Search by Union
• Search by Employer
• Search by North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code
• Search By Start Date
• Search By End Date
• Search by Public or Private Sector

What should I do if I cannot find or access a specific collective agreement?
